Check-in-Procedure
Door codes will be emailed to you 7-10 days before check in.
Every effort is made to have each home or condo ready by check-in time, but no guarantee is made as to the exact time of check-in. Housekeeping and maintenance personnel must provide services between stays for each home or condo in order to prepare the home or condo for each incoming guest. Sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances, housekeeping and /or maintenance services may not be completed by your 4 pm check-in time, this situation rarely occurs, however, we apologize in advance if this situation happens to you. If the Availability Calendar for a home or condo shows that early check in or late check out is available, please note that early check-in time will be at 3:30 pm if and only if the reservation agent you call at 850-319-3727 states that it is available. TO CHECK IN EARLY, YOU NEED TO CALL 850-319-3727 THE DAY OF YOUR ARRIVAL TO CHECK THE CURRENT STATUS. CHECKING OUT LATE ALSO REQUIRES YOU TO CALL 850-319-3727 THE DAY OF YOUR DEPARTURE TO CHECK THE STATUS. THANK YOU.
Payment Policies
The credit card you provide will be used unless other arrangements are made. At the time of reservation 25% of the booking amount is due with the remaining balance of 75% due 45 days prior to your stay. Rates are subject to taxes and fees. All rates, fees, and policies are subject to change without notice.
Cancellations / Refunds
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days prior to check-in will be refunded 100% of the amount they’ve paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days prior to check-in, they’ll get back 50%; otherwise, they won’t get a refund.
No refunds for late arrivals, early departures, or for leaving the home or condo for mechanical failure or non-essential items. Management reserves the right to terminate your contract with no refund if any rules set forth have been ignored.
Cleaning Fee
Sunny Coastal Vacations provides you with an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags. We recommend that you bring the following: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, toiletries, hair dryers, condiments, laundry soap, dishwashing detergent, coffee and coffee filters.
Beds are ready and made for your arrival.
Please leave the condo/home in the same general condition as it was when you arrived. Staff will arrive after your departure to thoroughly clean and inspect the condo/home. All drink and food spills should be cleaned up as they occur. Food and drink spills on carpets, floor, and furniture are considered to be damage, not normal wear and tear. Refrigerators should be emptied of all food and fee of spills. All used dishes should be rinsed and placed in the dishwasher on the wash cycle. Additional housekeeping charges may also be applied in the occurrence of exceeding the maximum occupancy of the condo/home.
Our housekeeping staff works diligently to prepare each condo/home in preparation for your arrival. You may be charged an additional fee in the event of a violation of our “no smoking” “no pet” or “maximum occupancy”. Polices or incidental damages which occurred during the tenancy. Additional housekeeping charges will be applied in the event of the need of excessive cleaning by our staff and the occurrence of exceeding the maximum occupancy of the condo/home. These fees could be as much as $1000.
Pet Policy
Due to owner’s and guest’s allergies certain condos/homes DO NOT allow pets…big or small. In all cases-ANIMALS BESIDES DOGS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Should we discover a pet has been/is in the condo/home without prior approval, you will be charged a fee for the pest control, and a deep clean. Charges could be as much as $1000.
Smoking Policy
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN ANY OF OUR CONDOS/HOMES.
Quiet Hours
10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. – Monitored and enforced. Pools and hot tubs are available between 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. Please respect the desire of our full time residents and other guests in honoring quiet time.
Armbands/Gym Keys
Many of our condos/homes have armbands and gym keys that are assigned to them. Please make sure you leave them in the condo/home when departing. If they are lost or taken home additional charges will occur. These charges could be as much as $350.
Amenities
The following items are included in each condo/home:
Color TV, Washer/Dryer, Silverware, Dishes, Cookware, Toaster, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Kitchen Utensils, Bath Towels, Bed Linens, Blankets, Quilts/Shams/Pillows.
Some vacation rentals have DVD Players, Clocks, Games, Iron and Board. and many more great amenities.
You’ll want to bring the following items for your stay: Food and Condiments, Baby Equipment, Personal Toiletries, Beach Equipment, Specialty Cooking Items.

General Policies
Primary registered guest is responsible for any expenses incurred during the visit, including but not limited to loss and damages, accident or injury to person, or loss sustained while visiting the condo/home,
Guest acknowledges and authorizes Sunny Coastal Vacations to charge guests credit card for all damage and/or missing items to the premises while occupied by the guest. If the cost of extra cleaning, replacement or repairs exceeds the guest’s credit card limit, the guest agrees to pay the difference to Sunny Coastal Vacations.
Parking is limited to a set number per condo/home with a maximum of two cars for most vacation rentals. Some vacation rentals are restricted to two parking spaces. Any vehicles parking in or blocking a fire lane will be towed. All vehicles parking on property must have a visible parking pass displayed on the mirror or on the dashboard. If the parking pass is not visible the vehicle will be towed. No motor homes, campers, trailers or boats of any kind are allowed.
Major Holidays require a 3-night minimum stay.
Sunny Coastal Vacations reserves the right to enter the premises, if need arises, without guest permission. Sunny Coastal Vacations will make every effort to contact the guest as to the purpose and duration we are to be in the condo/home.
Sunny Coastal Vacations and homeowners disclaim all liability for injury, loss, or damage. Sunny Coastal Vacations will be held harmless from claims arising out of use of condo/home. Sunny Coastal Vacations is an agent for the owner, not an owner nor a tenant. As agent Sunny Coastal Vacations has the authority to act in the best interest of the condo/homeowners in any and all situations. Each condo/home is privately owned, including furnishings. Rules and regulations are on record with the owner and with the city of Panama City Beach as part of the condo/home license criteria and to each adjoining property owner and residents. They are posted in the condo/home. Please adhere to them at all times.
